Master Difficult Conversations
— In Real Conditions
A simulation-based programme for teams who need to handle high-stakes conversations with clarity and authority — in English.
Already working on difficult conversations in your organisation?
This programme extends the Difficult Conversations Lab into a deeper, structured process — embedding new habits over time, not just insights in the moment.
You know the moment.
When tension rises, when something important needs to be said —
and suddenly, even in English, your clarity drops.
Not because your English is weak.
But because the situation is.
The Method: Simulation with a Professional Actor
At the core of the programme: Live simulation of real conversations, with a trained actor.
Not role-play.
Not hypothetical cases.
Pas de scripts.
Pas de théories vides.
Real situations.
Real reactions.
Real pressure.
Just the craft of saying the right thing — with courage, nuance and impact.
How it works
Briefing
Participants bring real-life situations and assign a role to the coach-actor (client, manager, colleague, etc.)
Simulation
A 10–12 minute immersive exchange — as close to reality as possible.
Feedback
Participant → peers → coach-actor → collective synthesis
Integration
Clear action points and immediate re-application.
This is where communication stops being theoretical — and becomes embodied, precise and effective.
